Finally the wait is over and OnePlus has officially announced OnePlus 3T smartphone. This phone is an upgrade to existing OnePlus 3 launched back in June this year.
OnePlus 3T will be available in 64GB and 128GB storage variants which are priced at US$ 439 and US$ $479 respectively. The company has also introduced a new Gunmetal color.
This phone will be available through OnePlus.net starting on November 22 in the US and starting from November 28th in Europe. We have no information for the India launch of the phone.
This phone carries same aluminium design. It measures 152.7×74.7×7.35mm and Weight is 158 grams.
Talking about the specifcations, OnePlus 3T comes with 5.5-inch Full HD Optic AMOLED display based on 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass 4 glasses. It is powered by 2.35GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 821 64-bit processor with Adreno 530 GPU and 6 GB LPDDR4 RAM.
It will be available in 64GB and 128GB storage variants. It runs on most refined version of OxygenOS and software updates will come soon. Android Nougat will come on both OnePlus 3 and 3T later this year.
It comes with 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, Sony IMX298 sensor, 1.12 micron pixel size, EIS 2.0, PDAF, OIS, 4K video recording at 30 fps and 720p slow motion at 120fps. At front, it has 16 megapixels camera with Samsung 3P8SP sensor, 1.0 micron pixel size, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, 1080p video recording.
This time company has given a more scratch-resistant sapphire lens cover and improved electronic image stabilization to give better video recording experience.
This phone offers 4G LTE with VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac dual-band (MIMO), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS, NFC and USB Type-C connectivity options. It is packed with 3400 mAh battery with Dash charging.
