Today, Intex and Indus OS announced the partnership that will help Intex to strengthen its regional push and reach to new regional language consumers. In coming days, Intex will launch new smartphones powered by Indus OS under this partnership
This move is interesting because only 1 out of 10 people in country considers their first, second or third language. Regional language content is also in demand. Reports also confirm that next 300 million users who will be first-time smartphone buyers will be regional language speakers. So, they will give priority to smartphones offering them services in their local language.

Indus OS has done a good job in integrating regional language support. It also offers regional keyboards that have regional keyboards. It was the first keyboard of the country to have the natural ordering of the alphabet. It also offers auto-correction and the patented matra-prediction features in 12 languages. So, it makes easier for regional language speaker to use a smartphone even if he does not know English.
