Facebook is focusing on video content and trying to encourage users to push more content on its social media platform. Now, to give better video experience, Facebook is rolling out an option to stream videos from Facebook to your TV.
You will be able to do this by using devices like Google Chromecast or Apple TV. So, you now have the option to enjoy Facebook videos on the bigger screen. The iOS users could already do the same and soon Android users as well.
To watch a video from Facebook on your TV:
- Find a video you want to watch on your phone or desktop and press the TV symbol in the top right corner.
- Select the device you want the video to stream to.
- Enjoy the video right from your TV.
The best thing about this feature is that you can still scroll your newsfeed on your mobile device while enjoying video on TV.
Not just videos, LIVE videos will also be available to watch on TV. You will also be able to see real-time reactions and comments on the screen. You can also join the conversation with your comment and reaction.
