Intex has launched an entry-level phone Intex Cloud Scan FP for Rs.3999. This phone is exclusively available on Snapdeal. It is also listed on the official site. It comes in Champagne and Dark Blue colours.
Intex Cloud Scan FP is special because this is the cheapest phone with fingerprint sensor in India. Fingerprint sensor is located at the back of the phone. It has 5-inch display with 480 x 854 pixels resolution with 196 ppi pixel density. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Intex Cloud Scan FP is powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core SC7731C processor with 1GB of RAM and Mali-400MP GPU. It has 8 GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card.
It has 5-megapixels rear camera with LED flash and 5-megapixels front camera.

This is a dual SIM and supports 4G with VoLTE. Other connectivity options include WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 2.1, GPS/AGPS, and a micro USB port. It is packed with 2450 mAh battery that claims to offer up to 5 hours of talk time and 110 hours of stand by time.

This device measures 146.4×73×9.65mm and weighs 153.8 grams. It also comes with various bloatware apps including Daily hunt, UC Mini, Newspoint, Saavn, 9 Apps, Oxygen Wallet, Cool Gallery, QR Code, Q- Touch, Fillr, Chilx, Lefty. This could be an issue as the phone only offers 8 GB of storage and it has already filled most of the storage with third-party apps.
Before this phone, Intex launched Intex Aqua S2 a week ago. It also came with fingerprint sensor. Intex is the only company offering fingerprint sensor in smartphones priced below Rs. 5000.
