In another move to increase engagement, Twitter has introduced stickers for all users. Last month, it announced stickers and today it has officially rolled out this feature for all users.

Stickers can be placed anywhere on photo, resized and rotated as per your wish. Use it on photos to make it more interesting and share it on Twitter.
Interesting thing is that stickers are tappable and tapping it opens the feed of photos shared with that same sticker. It is like turning the pictographs into hashtag.
Stickers can also open a revenue source for Twitter. If users get addicted to it, sponsored sticker packs or paid downloads can bring good money for the company. If you think selling stickers is not a big business, Line makes more than $20 million per month just by selling stickers.

Twitter is already struggling and trying to increase user engagement. For this, it is now focusing on messaging and media sharing. It introduced many new features in past months, but copying features from rivals cannot help in long run.
