Honor T1 7.0 with 3G, voice calling, 4100mAh battery launched in India for Rs. 6999

Huawei Honor T1 7.0

Honor has launched its new Honor T1 7.0 tablet in Indian market. This entry level tablet is priced at Rs. 6999 only. This tablet also comes with voice calling option over SIM. Like other Honor devices, this tablet will also be available exclusively from Flipkart. It will only be available in silver color.

As the name suggests, this tablet comes with 7.0 inch on-cell display with 1024  x 600 pixels resolution. It runs on Android 4.4 kitkat. I am not sure why company selected an older version of Android. It could use Lollipop.

It is powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731G processor with Mali 400 GPU. It has 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage. You can also expand storage up to 32 GB.

It has 2 megapixels fixed focus rear camera and 2-megapixels front camera. Both cameras are just for normal usage. As the device is primary for entertainment, should not expect anything from cameras. You will only see satisfactory experience.

It comes with 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and USB OTG.

It is packed with 4100 mAh large battery. This tablet can also act as power bank to charge other devices. It claims to offer around 300 hours of stand by time.

Design of this tablet is also good. It has metal back with plastic work at top and bottom part of back. Body is 8.5 mm thick and weight it just 278 grams.
