Asus Zenfone 2 Deluxe was launched few months back in India. It seems too late to talk about this phone, but I want to mention this phone just because it is still a worth phone to buy in this price range. It has already created buzz for being a 4GB RAM phone with its premium look back panel. But, there are few other things which make this phone a worth to buy phone in its price range. If you are looking to buy a phone around the budget of Rs. 20000, you can consider this phone too.
Reasons why Asus Zenfone 2 Deluxe is worth to buy
1. Attractive Design
Design of Asus Zenfone 2 Deluxe is impressive. Its back panel comes with triangular crystal structure which looks awesome and gives it a premium look. Curvey back offers good grip but holding is hard due to large size. So, you may find it hard in working only on one-hand. This is why, Asus has added one-hand mode so that you can use it easily with single hand.It has microUSB at the bottom side. It has volume rocker keys at the back side below the rear camera.
It has power button at the top side which I personally hate. It is very hard to reach at the top to unlock phone. But it doesn’t affect the design any way.
2. Good Display
It comes with 5.5 inches Full HD IPS display with anti-fingerprint coating and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Viewing angles of this display are good. Asus also claims that display is packed with ASUS TrueVivid Full Screen Lamination technology which ensures that colors appear natural and lifelike. Display also works fine on outdoor conditions, but brightness should not be too low. Display is very reflective, so isn’t easily readable under bright light.In normal light, it is fine. You will enjoy watching videos and playing games in this display.
3. Quad-core processor with 4 GB RAM offers Good multi-tasking
This is another strong part of this phone. It is powered by a 2.3GHz Intel Atom Quad Core Z3580 with PowerVR G6430 GPU. For better multi-tasking, it is packed with 4GB LPDDR3 RAM. It performs very good and offers better multi-tasking even if you have opened various apps simultaneously for the long time. And the phone is not too costly for this kind of high-end hardware specifications.
The only thing I found disappointing is the heating while gaming. So, you may have to stop gaming when it is too hot to handle. But this issue is only for hard-core gamers.
4. 64 GB storage which is further expandable up to microSD, upto 64 GB
It comes with 64GB internal storage from which around 53.5 GB is available for users. MicroSD card slot is also there to expand storage further up to 64 GB. USB On-the-go support is also there. So, there is no problem of storage with this phone.
5. Good Camera performance. With Zenflash, you will get best low-light performance
It comes with 13-megapixels rear camera with dual-color Real Tone flash flash. Camera can capture good quality photos and full HD videos. Camera app offers various features to improve the photography. If you know about iso and other camera elements, you can enjoy manual mode. Other camera modes are also very good.

Camera is good but in this price range, Moto X Play seems to have better camera than this for normal lighting condition.
Now, come to the low-light photography. It has dual-color Real Tone flash flash to offer good low-light photography. If you are not satisfied with its flash, you can buy additional Asus Zenflash accessory.

How to use Asus Zenflash?
Use of Asus Zenflash is also very easy. Just plug it in the microUSB port and attach at the back side. Open the ZenFlash Camera app. Default camera app will not able to use the power of Zenflash. When you will plug the Zenflash to device, it will automatically open the Zenflash Camera app. At the top size in app, you will see the slider to select the distance of object from camera. It helps Zenflash to control the brightness of flash to capture better photo. Watch the video below.
6. Good battery performance with battery saving modes and fast charging
Zenfone 2 Deluxe is packed with 3000mAh battery with fast charging technology dubbed as ‘Asus BoostMaster Technology’. It charges 0 to 60 percent battery in just 39 minutes. Battery performance is good but you need to understand your usage. It offers various battery saving modes. You can also customize a mode to suite your usage.
I loved this phone because of its unique design, very good performance and good battery. With Zenflash, I can now enjoy photography anytime and any where. Yes, of course you need to learn how to use few things properly. Specially the battery saver modes and camera filters of this phone.
