Oppo has launched its new smartphone Oppo Joy 3 in India for Rs. 7990. It was revealed last month and was listed on official website.

Oppo Joy 3 features a4.5-inch FWVGA (480×854 pixel) IPS display with 217ppi pixel density. It runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat with Color OS 2.0 UI at top. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor with Mali-400MP2 GPU. It is packed with 1 GB RAM and 4 GB internal storage with microSD card slot.

It features a 5 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2 megapixel front camera. Connectivity features of the smartphone are 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. It is packed with 2000 mAh battery.

“Oppo Joy 3 is a successor of Joy Plus which combines appearance, fine camera quality at an affordable price. The device offers endless possibilities and enjoyment to the consumers both in rural and urban India. Indian market is our top most priority and we want to launch models across categories which combine style, technology and design,” said Tom Lu, CEO, Oppo Mobiles India during the launch.
