Microsoft just announced the Microsoft Lumia 640 XL, larger variant of its recently announced Lumia 640 smartphone at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2015 in Barcelona.
It features a 5.7 inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD ClearBlack IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor and runs on Windows Phone 8.1 OS with Lumia Denim update. It features a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5 megapixel front camera. Connectivity features of the smartphone are 4G LTE / 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS / aGPS. It is packed with 3000 mAH battery.
