Powerbank is now must have gadget for smartphone and tablet users who used to travel a lot. Business users who use their smartphone continuously need this device to charge the smartphone on the go. For past few months, Indian online retailers have seen sudden growth in powerbank demand. So, all the companies have now started promoting their powerbanks in India.

HP made available its powerbank called HP powerpack in India few months back. It is available in all leading online stores and offline retail stores. We got the device and used it for few days before writing this review. In this article we are writing the complete review of the HP Powerpack.

HP Powerpack is available on HP Store for Rs. 3099. But you can get it for lower price on other online stores.

Design

If we talk about the design of the powerbank, it is good. It has good metallic finishing with curved side. Upper aluminium case gives it a solid design and protects it from physical damage.

Dimensions of the powerbank are: 92.5 x 62.6 x 23 mm. It is only of 230 gm in weight. At the top side, it has 4 LED indicator light, a power button, two USB ports and 1 micro-USB port. LED lights indicated the available power.

Performance

HP Powerpack is compatible with all the smartphones, tablets and other devices which can be charged via USB. We tested it with Samsung, Motorola and Xiaomi smartphones and it was working fine. It offers 7500 mAH battery capacity and it was capable of charging Moto G (2070 mAh) more than 3 times. Number of charging cycle will depend on the battery capacity of your device.

It verifies the HP’s claim and takes around 7 hours in fully charging. You can easily charge it from laptop or AC outlet.
