Lava has launched 5 new smartphones in its Iris smartphone series. These smartphpnes are priced between Rs.4000 to Rs. 6000. Company only revealed the price range and did not talk about the individual price.
Out of these 5 smartphone, 3 smartphone (Iris 400s, Iris 250, and Iris 400 Colours) comes with 3G connectivity while 2 smartphones (Iris 410 and Iris 404 Flair) only support 2G (GPRS/ EDGE).
Lava Iris 404 Flair runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat and is already up for sale online for Rs. 4199. It comes with 4 inch WVGA display with 480×800 pixels resolution. It is packed with 512 MB RAM, 4 GB internal storage, 5 megapixel rear camera, GPRS, EDGE, Wifi, Bluetooth, GPS, microUSB and 1400 mAh battery.
Lava Iris 400s features a 4 inch IPS LCD WVGA display with 480×800 pixels resolution. It is powered y a 1 GHz dual core procesor with 512 MB RAM. Other features are 4 GB internal storage, 5 megapixel rear camera, VGA front camera, microSD card slot, 3G, Wi-FI, Bluetooth, GPS, MicroUSB and 1400 mAh battery.
Lava Iris 250 runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. It features a 4 inch WVGA display with 480×800 pixels resolution. It is powered by 1 GHz dual core processor with 512 MB RAM. Other features are 5 megapixel rear camera, VGA front camera, 4 GB internal storage, microSD card slot, Wifi, 3G, Bluetooth, GPS and 1400 mAh battery.
Lava Iris 400 Colours comes with features similar to Iris 250. But it comes with Android 4.4 Kitkat and lacks 3G connectivity. All other specifications are exactly similar to Iris 250.
Lava Iris 410 runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat. It features a 4 inch display, 1.3 Ghz dual core processor, 512 MB RAM, 4 GB internal storage, microSD card slot, 3 megapixel rear camera, VGA front camera Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth, microUSB, GPS and 1700 mAh battery.
