Lava has announced a new smartphone in Indian market with Android 4.4.2 Kitkat. This new smartphone is dubbed as Lava IRIS X1. It is priced at Rs. 7,999 only. It will be available in Black and White color options.
Lava IRIS X1 features a 4.5 inch FWVGA display. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz Quad-Core Broadcom BCM23550 processor with 1 GB RAM. It runs on Android 4.4.2 Kitkat. It comes with 4 GB internal storage with microSD card slot. It comes with 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2 megapixel front camera. It has dual SIM, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB OTG and 1800 mAH battery.

This smartphone will go on sale tomorrow. It will be available via Amazon.in. Lava will also be offering 16 GB ultra microSD card slot. Later the smartphone will be available in brick and mortar stores and other e-retailers.
