Karbonn has launched its first smartphone with hexa-core processor named Karbonn Titanium Hexa. It is priced at Rs 16990. The smartphone will go on sale starting 20th May from the e commerce site Amazon.in. The firm announced that the smartphone will be available for the pre order from 13th May but Amazon.in has not yet listed it.
Talking about the features, Karbonn Titanium Hexa has a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) LTPS display with scratch resistant and oleophobic coating. It is powered by 1.5 GHz hexa-core MediaTek MT6591 processor with true multi-core solution. The smartphone will run on Android 4.4 (KitKat). Talking about the photo clicking abilities, Karbonn Titanium Hexa has a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash. It is also equipped with 5MP front facing camera.
Other features include 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage that can be expandable with microSD card. Talking about the connectivity features, Karbonn Titanium Hexa has 3G HSPA+ (up to 42.2 Mbps), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS and USB OTG. The battery back up of the smartphone seems good as it has 2050 mAh battery.
