At the starting of this year, Asus has announced its new gadget named Transformer Book Trio. It is unique in the sense because it runs on windows 8 and Android both. It is also equipped with two Intel CPUs humming inside. Today, Asus a Taiwanese company has finally launched the Transformer Book Trio in India. The price of the Trio is Rs 98,099. It will be available across the country by the end of this month.
Talking about the features, firstly it is a hybrid device because it runs both on Android and Windows 8. It runs on windows when you are using it as a laptop and on Android when you are detaching the upper part and using it as a tablet. Transformer Book Trio runs on Android 4.2 that is Jelly Bean. There is also a great feature that you can use the Dock to connect to the external monitor to use it as a Windows PC.
If you are using it as a Android tablet, The tablet has 11.6-inch full HD display powered by a 2GHz Intel Z2580 SoC and paired with 2GB or RAM. Transformer Book Trio also has a 5 MP camera along with the autofocus facility. Other features include 1090p video recording, 720p HD front camera, up to 64GB of flash internal memory and a 19Wh battery.
If you are using it as a Windows 8 tablet, It has 11.6-inch laptop/PC is powered by an Intel fourth generation Haswell CPU supplemented with 4GB of RAM. Other features are 720pHD front webcam, up to 1TB HDD and a 33Wh battery.
