Opera has just released the latest version of most popular mobile browser Opera Mini for Java based mobiles phones and BlackBerry devices. This new Opera Mini 7.1 brings many new features and bug fixes.

Opera Mini 7.1 brings an updated download manager that aims to make downloading process simpler and smooth. It has also solved the downloading issue addressed in previous version. This new download manager allows the user to pause and resume any typical file download. But resuming will depend on the web service. It web service does not support resume downloading, Opera Mini can not resume.

This new app supports more than 3000 mobile phones and runs on all Java based mobile phones. On some phones, it also support tabbed browsing and data usage meter.
