Today, Aircel has announced three dual SIM Android smartphones in India. All three smartphones are priced under Rs. 10,000 and comes with bundled data offer. These smartphones are manufactured by an Indian company, Magicon and are called M Note, M1 and M2.
Aircel Magicon M Note is big screen smartphone with 5 inch screen. It is powered by a 1 GHz processor and runs on Android 4.0 ICS. It features a 8 megapixel camera with LED flash. It is packed with 2000 mAh battery and priced at Rs. 9,999.
Aircel Magicon M2 is an entry level phone with 3.5 inch display. It is powered by a 1 GHz processor. It also features a 5 megapixel camera. It is priced at Rs. 4,999.
Aircel Magicon M1 has similar features as of Aircel Magicon M2 but comes without 3G connectivity.
All three smartphones offers free 4 GB card and a leather pouch. Aircel is also offering Rs 250, SMS worth Rs 250 and 1 GB of data every month for three months after purchase. All smartphone also comes with 18 months warranty.
All smartphones are fine but Aircel will have to fight with Karbonn and Micromax. These companies have similar configuration smartphone for the same price. So it will be hard for the company to get the customers. Now everything depend on the marketing strategy of the company.
